Ashampoo Uninstaller removes any program safely and completely, and is suitable for both beginners and advanced users thanks to two separate modes: Expert and Easy.Whichever you choose the program is the same, but in Easy mode the computer does the hard work, while Expert mode gives you complete control and lets you monitor and reverse changes between any two points in time, not just installations.

The program works by taking a snapshot of your PC’s settings before and after every installation, including registry entries and file locations. These are compared and a log file is saved detailing every change.

When uninstalling a program this log file is referred to and all files for that particular program are safely removed, without affecting any other programs installed in the meantime.

This method ensures that your PC remains free of the rogue files that would otherwise clog the system if removed via a program’s own uninstaller or the Add/Remove Programs applet. But Ashampoo Uninstaller can do lots more than simply uninstalling programs. It can find and delete empty folders as well as temporary and duplicate files, and even erase your surfing trail.

It also has a built-in font viewer, for previewing all fonts and deleting those no longer needed.
