Advanced X Video Converter is a comprehensive video software that makes it easy to Convert, Join, and Split video files among AVI (DivX, XviD, MPEG-4 …), MPEG (MPEG-1, MPEG-2), WMV, ASF, VCD (.dat), SVCD, DVD formats. It can also extract audio track and images from videos.

Another interesting feature is ‘Extract Audio From Video’. This works very fast and creates a WAV file. Also, you can convert video to picture. Here you can select the number of pictures per second (the number must be between 1 and 100), or a picture every few frames. You also have a ‘Select Video Range’ I couldn’t use it. Probably is closed in the trial version. You can also select the picture resolution.
